Refund Policy

At Bamboo Cleaning Services, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with the service provided, please contact us at  bamboocleaningservice@gmail.com  within 24 hours, and we will offer a complimentary re-cleaning.

Refunds will be issued under the following conditions:

• Refunds are available only if the service has not been satisfactorily completed after a re-clean.

• Refund requests must be made within 48 hours of the service date.

• No refunds will be provided for same-day cancellations or missed appointments due to lack of access.
