At Bamboo Cleaning, we believe in establishing a transparent and legal relationship with our clients. Our Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) are designed to set forth the guidelines for our clients' interactions with our website and our services. These T&C are tailored to meet the specific needs and nature of our cleaning business.

Understanding Our Terms & Conditions

  1. Service Agreement: The customer agrees to the terms outlined by booking Bamboo Cleaning Services. Services will be performed as per the agreed-upon schedule.

  2. Payment: Payment is required upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed. Accepted forms of payment include cash, credit card, or bank transfer.

  3. Cancellations/Rescheduling: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled cleaning will incur a cancellation fee.

  4. Access: The client must provide access to the property at the scheduled cleaning time. The appointment will be canceled if access is not provided, and a fee may apply.

  5. Damages: Bamboo Cleaning Services is not responsible for pre-existing damages or issues. Any damages caused by our staff must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

  6. Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are unsatisfied with the service, contact us within 24 hours, and we will arrange a follow-up cleaning at no additional cost.

  7. Privacy: Client information will be kept confidential and only used for service-related purposes.

  8. Eco-Friendly Products: Bamboo Cleaning Services uses eco-friendly products. If you have specific product preferences or allergies, please inform us before the cleaning.

  9. Limitations: We do not perform tasks such as heavy lifting, exterior window cleaning above ground level, or hazardous material handling.
